CARBON STEEL GRILL PAN – The MINERAL B Carbon Steel Steak Pan is ideal for grilling, browning & adding unique sear marks on food with its ridged bottom. It’s made of carbon steel, which is one of the most natural cooking materials.
HOW TO SEASON: Handwash with hot soapy water to remove the beeswax, dry thoroughly. Gradually heat to med-hi and apply a thin layer of a high smoke point oil on all sides. Heat for 10 mins or until smoky. Cool, drain oil & reheat for 2 mins.
NATURALLY NON-STICK – Lighter, more heat responsive than cast iron & better adapted to high heat than stainless steel. Naturally non-stick after seasoning, this pan is made from a naturally non-stick material without any artificial coatings.
